The position of internal Accountant / Bookkeeper will be offered on a full time basis (four days per week may be considered). Reporting to the General Manager, the role will also liaise with the company's external Accountants.
This role will be responsible for general accounts and experience in a similar role within the property industry is required, to be considered for this position.
Some of the responsibilities will include:
Overseeing General Accounts for the Company
Processing Payroll - Maintain Employee Records and Process Fortnightly Payroll
Managing Superannuation and Agent Commissions
PAYG (monthly), BAS (quarterly), and FBT (annually)
Processing Payroll Tax and Workcover




Daily Banking and Reconciling
End of Month and End of Year Reporting
Prepare Cashflow Reports
Work Closely with and Support Trust Accountants
Liaise with Internal and External Stakeholders
Work Closely with Directors on Finance Matters and any Reporting Required
A proactive and organised approach to this autonomous role, will ensure your success.
Proficiency with MYOB and Excel, along with great time management, as well as experience within the property industry will be highly regarded for this role.
