Ramm Botanicals is a medium-sized, family-owned business located on the beautiful Central Coast. We are an integrated tissue culture laboratory and nursery production facility producing high-quality plants for both domestic and international markets.

We are currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join our team.
n
We're looking for someone with a positive attitude who enjoys being part of a energetic team. The position involves all aspects of sales administration and logistics with a strong emphasis on teamwork, attention to detail, and reliability. Whilst on-the-job training will be provided previous sales administration experience is highly desirable.

Key Duties:

Order confirmations
n
Create picking slips, invoicing and dispatch documentation
n
Enter customer orders
n
Book freight and prepare manifests
n
Recording stock levels
n
Receipting in stock
n
Maintaining mailing and sales comparison files
n
Answering phones and handling customer enquiries
n

Experience in Excel and MYOB Acumatica highly desirable

This is a permanent position offering between 32 and 38 hours per week.
