What We're Looking For
At least 12 months relevant experience
Experience in admin, accounts, or operations support (preferably in a fast-paced setting).
Highly organised and detail-oriented
You double-check your work and bring structure to every task.
Strong communication skills
You handle phone and email queries with clarity, warmth, and professionalism.
A proactive mindset
You spot issues early and offer practical, effective solutions.
A collaborative team player
You contribute positively to team culture and support your colleagues.
Tech-confident
You're comfortable with systems and quick to pick up new tools and platforms.
Ambitious and growth-focused
You're looking for a stable, long-term role with genuine opportunities to grow.
Saturday availability




Some Saturday work will be required.
