The Role:

Manage compliance requirements across 10 Lead Agents
n
Prepare and manage Agency Agreements, AMLs, Contracts for Sale and CMAs
n
Ensure all sales documentation is accurate, complete and compliant
n
Monitor outstanding documentation and proactively follow up with agents
n
Maintain organised sales files and records
n
Provide administrative and compliance support to the sales team
n
Liaise with agents, vendors, solicitors and other stakeholders
n
Identify and resolve documentation or compliance issues promptly
n

About You:

Previous experience in real estate sales administration

Strong understanding of sales documentation and compliance processes

Experience with Agency Agreements, AMLs, Contracts and CMAs

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
