We're looking for an experienced and commercially focused leader to step into the role of Branch Supervisor at our Horsham branch – someone ready to take ownership of branch performance, lead a diverse team, and deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers.
n
Horsham supports one of the largest territories in our business, with responsibility spanning workshop and field service operations, parts, service coordination and resident technicians. This is a role with genuine scope, where your leadership will have a direct impact on our people, customers and commercial performance.
n
Reporting to the Regional Victoria Operations Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring we deliver a safe, productive and customer-focused service while meeting our financial and operational targets.
n
You'll lead a team of Technicians, Apprentices, Leading Hands, Parts and Service Coordinators, while working closely with Sales, PSSRs, Product Support and other teams to strengthen customer relationships and drive branch performance.
n

ABOUT THE ROLE
n
Daily responsibilities will include:
n
n
Leading day-to-day branch operations across Service, Parts, Field Service and Administration
n
Leading, coaching and developing Technicians, Apprentices, Leading Hands and Coordinators
n
Driving a strong safety culture and ensuring a safe, compliant workplace
n
Taking ownership of branch financial and operational performance, including productivity, efficiency and profitability
n
Building strong customer relationships and working closely with Sales, PSSRs,



Parts and Product Support
n
Driving continuous improvement, service quality and operational efficiency across the branch
n
n
ABOUT YOU
n
You're an experienced service or branch leader who combines strong people leadership with commercial and operational capability.
n
To be considered for this role
n
n
Senior Service Management, Branch Management or similar leadership experience, ideally within the earthmoving or heavy equipment industry
n
Strong mechanical or technical knowledge and an understanding of service and repair operations
n
Relevant automotive trade qualification or demonstrated trade competency
n
Demonstrated experience managing budgets, KPIs and operational performance
n
Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to understand financial performance and identify opportunities to improve results
n
Proven ability to coach, develop and lead high-performing teams
n
Excellent communication, planning and problem-solving skills, with a genuine commitment to safety and customer service
n
