The role
n
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, this is a hands‐on payroll position where you'll be involved in much more than simply processing a pay run. You'll manage payroll activity across 1,400+ employees, including starters, terminations, variations, adjustments and parental leave payments, while also getting involved in:

Payroll reporting and audits
n
Superannuation and Payday Super
n
Payroll tax, PAYG and statutory payments
n




Month‐end reconciliations and payroll GLs
n
Leave liabilities and remuneration reporting
n
Payroll queries
n
New starter administration
n
Garnishees and other statutory requirements
n
Payroll audits and improvement projects
n
n
About you
n
n
You will have end to end payroll experience
n
Have strong attention to detail and a good understanding of payroll administration and statutory requirements.
n
You're organised, proactive and comfortable working to deadlines.
n
You enjoy being part of a team, but you're also confident taking ownership of your work and solving problems when they arise.
n
Intermediate Excel skills are important, but your attitude, reliability and payroll capability are what will really set you apart.
