Job Description
National Dental Care Mawson Lakes is looking for an Associate Dentist to join our team in Mawson Lakes, working Wednesdays and Thursdays, with a later 10am to 7pm session on Thursdays. This is an opportunity to join an established practice with a strong pre-existing patient base, modern facilities and a supportive clinical environment.
You'll be supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team and a strong hygiene program, while having the autonomy to make your own clinical decisions and provide high-quality general dentistry.
What You'll Be Doing
Provide high-quality general dentistry across a broad range of treatments
Build and maintain strong relationships with an established patient base
Deliver patient-centred care with full clinical autonomy
Work collaboratively with an experienced team of dentists and support staff
Work alongside 2 Hygienists and 4 Oral Health Therapists as part of a strong hygiene program
Utilise modern clinical technology to support diagnosis and treatment planning
About You
Holds the appropriate qualifications and registration to practise dentistry in Australia
Is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred clinical care




Enjoys building strong, long-term relationships with patients
Is confident working independently while collaborating with an experienced team
Values clinical autonomy and professional development
Is available to work Wednesdays and Thursdays

National Dental Care Mawson Lakes is an established practice located near Market Square Shopping Centre and has been caring for the local community for more than 20 years.
The practice has 7 chairs and is supported by an experienced team of dentists and support staff, including 2 Hygienists and 4 Oral Health Therapists.
The practice is recently refurbished and supported by contemporary dental technology, including OPG, CBCT, CEREC, iTero scanner and intraoral cameras. Dental4Windows (D4W) is used as the practice management software.
The practice also benefits from a convenient location with free parking nearby.
