Job Description As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and day-to-day operations of the Brooklyn branch, ensuring the business achieves or exceeds sales, margin and operational targets.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will lead a team across sales, warehouse and branch operations while driving customer service excellence and business growth.
Key responsibilities include: Leading and developing a high-performing branch team Managing branch sales, profitability and operational performance Monitoring sales and margin performance and implementing improvement strategies Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers Identifying opportunities to grow revenue and expand market share Managing branch inventory, stock control and stocktakes Overseeing warehouse operations, safety and security standards Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and Work Health Safety requirements Managing branch administration, reporting, invoicing, banking and debtors Conducting regular team meetings, coaching and performance reviews Supporting and developing team capability through training and mentoring Handling complex customer enquiries and delivering exceptional customer service Working closely with Sales Representatives and Regional Leadership to achieve business objectives This role offers a balance of operational leadership, customer engagement and business development, making it ideal for a hands-on manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
