Clinical Pharmacist | Coastal QLD We're partnering with a regional hospital in Queensland find an experienced Pharmacist for a short-term contract role.

What's on offer $70-$80 per hour + super, depending on experience Accommodation provided Return travel covered (flights or fuel reimbursement) Full time hours The role You'll be delivering clinical pharmacy services across a range of inpatient wards, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to support safe and effective patient care.
Your responsibilities will include: Clinical pharmacy services across general medicine, surgical and rehabilitation wards / Dispensary rotation Medication reconciliation,



reviews and discharge counselling Admissions and discharge planning Participation in ward rounds and collaboration with medical, nursing and allied health teams Supporting day-to-day pharmacy operations and patient care initiatives What you'll need Full AHPRA registration - we don't do any intern roles.
