NET / CMS We're looking for an experienced Technical Lead to join a major digital transformation program, helping shape and deliver a modern enterprise digital platform.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role suited to someone who enjoys operating across architecture, engineering, CMS platforms and digital experience, while still being close enough to the code to make a real impact.
You'll work across a modern web ecosystem involving .
NET, CMS, React/Next.js, APIs, cloud platforms and enterprise integrations, providing technical direction across both internal teams and external delivery partners.
What you'll be doing Lead the technical implementation of a modern enterprise digital platform and CMS Define and maintain technical standards, architecture and engineering practices Work across .
NET-based CMS platforms, including Umbraco or similar enterprise CMS technologies Provide technical leadership across React/Next.js front-end applications and API-first integrations Work closely with architecture, product, UX, development and business stakeholders Review solution designs, code and technical implementations Lead technical discussions and solution design workshops Provide technical oversight of external vendors and implementation partners Identify technical risks, dependencies and architectural trade-offs Help establish scalable, secure and maintainable digital platforms Contribute hands-on where required, including development, troubleshooting and code reviews Support the evolution of design systems,



reusable components and modern digital experiences You'll ideally have: 5+ years' experience in technical leadership across complex digital platforms or website transformation programs Strong experience with .
NET and modern CMS platforms Experience with Umbraco, Sitecore, Optimizely, Kentico, DNN or another enterprise .
NET-based CMS would be highly relevant Strong understanding of headless/hybrid CMS architectures Experience with React and/or Next.js Strong API, integration and cloud architecture experience Experience working with Azure or another major cloud platform Experience integrating CMS platforms with CRM, identity, payments or other enterprise systems Experience with enterprise design systems, component libraries and/or Storybook The ability to move between high-level architecture and detailed technical implementation Experience working with and providing technical oversight to external vendors Robust stakeholder communication and the ability to explain technical options and trade-offs to non-technical audiences The Opportunity This is an opportunity to take a genuine technical leadership role within a significant digital transformation program, with the scope to influence architecture, engineering standards, platform strategy and the long-term digital experience.
