About the Role: You will play a key role in keeping people and systems connected by delivering high-quality ICT support and maintaining essential telecommunications infrastructure.
Working closely with the Network Manager, you'll handle service requests, troubleshoot issues, and install and maintain copper and fibre networks along with driving reliable performance and continuous improvement across our communications systems.

What You'll Do Install and configure wireless, cellular, Wi-Fi, and enterprise IT infrastructure, including switches and routers.
Design, implement, and optimise wireless, Wi-Fi, and satellite network solutions.
Conduct preventive maintenance and diagnose issues across network infrastructure.
Install, patch, and troubleshoot data network components to ensure optimal performance.
Perform field testing and prepare detailed commissioning reports for recent deployments.
Prepare, splice, and terminate a range of cabling types, including copper and fibre.
Carry out testing using OTDR and power meter equipment.
Identify faults and perform timely repairs to restore service.
Execute installation and maintenance tasks in compliance with safety standards and service level agreements (SLAs).
Collaborate with and supervise subcontractors where required.
Build, install, and maintain physical rack infrastructure across multiple sites.
