This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running, quickly understand priorities, and provide calm, professional and proactive support in a fast-paced environment.
About the role Working closely with a senior leader, you will provide day-to-day executive and administrative support, including: Managing a busy diary and coordinating meetings Preparing agendas, documents and correspondence Coordinating appointments and competing priorities Supporting meeting logistics and follow-up actions Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion Liaising with internal and external stakeholders Providing general administrative and organisational support as required About you We are looking for someone who:



Has previous experience supporting a senior executive or leader in a commercial setting Is highly organised and detail-oriented Can quickly adapt to a new environment and work independently Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills Is confident managing competing priorities Demonstrates professionalism, discretion and sound judgement Is available for an immediate start and can commit to the full 4-week assignment If you are an experienced Executive Assistant available immediately, we'd love to hear from you.
