Mon to Fri.

Your Role : You will be part of a dedicated team responsible for the productive and accurate management and processing of customer orders inquiries to ensure the delivery of a great customer experience.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:



Managing and processing inbound customer contacts relating to order inquiries, order placement, product, supply, pricing delivering questions (via phone email) Composing accurate prompt replies to all customer correspondence Reviewing and entering customer orders Maintaining updating the database Processing credits returns; opening new customer accounts; preparing quotes Required Skills Experience: Previous experience in a product-based high-volume inbound customer service role including the processing of orders Accurate keyboard skills and computer literacy Exposure to Medical | Healthcare or FMCG industries an advantage Experience using SAP (or similar) preferred How To APPLY: Please email your resume to ****** OR click APPLY via the SEEK website.
