Lead endtoend MDM program delivery including requirement analysis design development testing deployment and support
n
Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to define master data requirements and governance processes
n
Design and implement MDM solutions using Informatica MDM and related technologies
n
Define data models matchmerge strategies survivorship rules hierarchy management and data stewardship workflows
n
Lead sourcesystem analysis data profiling and data quality assessments
n
Establish and enforce data governance standards policies and best practices
n
Collaborate with business architecture integration ETL and analytics teams
n




Manage MDM releases enhancements and production support activities
n
Drive performance tuning scalability improvements and issue resolution
n
Mentor development teams and conduct designcode reviews
n
Prepare project estimates plans status reports and risk mitigation strategies
n
***** years of IT experience with at least 5 years in Master Data Management
n
Robust handson experience with
