About the Role
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and referrers, playing a vital role in creating a positive and professional experience from the moment patients walk through our doors.
Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting and assisting patients, referrers, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Managing appointment bookings and scheduling
Answering telephone and email enquiries
Processing patient registrations and maintaining accurate records
Managing referrals and administrative documentation
Liaising with Radiologists, Sonographers, Radiographers, and other healthcare professionals
Supporting the smooth day‐to‐day operation of the clinic
Delivering exceptional customer service and patient care
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in a reception, administration, or customer service role
Medical reception experience (highly regarded but not essential)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and time‐management abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in computer systems and administrative processes
A positive, professional, and patient‐focused attitude
The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Operational Hours: 8:30-5pm
