What You'll Do
End-to-end recruitment
Coordinating employee lifecycle activities
Maintaining employee records and ensuring data integrity within the HRIS
Preparing and analysing HR metrics and reports
Supporting learning and development programs, training compliance and leadership initiatives
Assisting with employee and industrial relations matters, including policy interpretation and case administration
Coordinating employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs and internal communications
Partnering with leaders to support workforce planning, performance and people-related activities
Supporting HR projects, governance activities and continuous improvement initiatives
What You'll Bring
Qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline
3-5 years' experience in a generalist HR role within a blue-collar, manufacturing, construction, logistics or service environment
Sound understanding of Australian employment legislation, Contemporary Awards and HR best practice
Experience working with HRIS platforms and preparing HR reports and workforce analytics
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality




Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and willingness to take ownership of outcomes
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving business environment
