About the Opportunity
As our BDM, you'll play a key role in growing the Ray White Ballarat property management portfolio.
This is more than simply finding current landlords. You'll be responsible for building genuine relationships, identifying opportunities, presenting our property management offering and becoming a trusted property partner for investors across Ballarat and the surrounding region.




You'll have the backing of the Ray White brand, a highly supportive team and proven systems designed to help you succeed.
What You'll Be Doing
Identify and secure new property management opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with property investors and referral partners
Prospect through calls, networking, database management, referrals and local market opportunities
Conduct property appraisals and present tailored property management proposals
Follow up leads and convert opportunities into new managements}
