St John of God Geelong Hospital seeks an experienced Associate Midwifery Unit Manager to lead our Women and Newborn Services team. You will coordinate maternity services, provide clinical leadership, and work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
The role is permanent part time (0.59 FTE) with responsibilities across Birth Suite, Postnatal and Special Care Nursery, including staff deployment and quality improvement involvement.
