We are looking for an experienced aged care leader who is ready to take ownership of a service and make a genuine impact.
You will have:
Current Registered Nurse registration – essential
Proven Facility Manager experience within residential aged care
Strong knowledge of clinical governance, compliance and quality
Proven people leadership and team management skills
A hands-on and visible leadership style
Confidence working within a regional environment
Genuine interest in relocating to and becoming part of a regional community
