friendly, organised and enthusiastic Casual Dental Receptionist
to join our team.
We are a private paediatric dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional dental care in a warm, welcoming and positive environment for children and their families.

About the Role
As a Dental Receptionist, you will be an important part of the patient journey and the first point of contact for many of our families.
Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming children and families to the practice
Answering and managing telephone enquiries
Booking and managing appointments
Responding to emails and patient enquiries
Processing payments and private health insurance claims
Managing patient recalls and follow-up
Updating patient records accurately
Liaising with specialists, dentists, oral health therapists and dental assistants
Supporting the smooth running of the reception area
Assisting with administrative tasks and general practice duties
Providing a high level of customer service to every family who attends our practice
