We're partnering with a leading global technology and engineering business delivering mission-critical data centre projects across Australia. With a strong pipeline of hyperscale and colocation work, they're looking for a Project Manager who's comfortable on the tools of delivery - and comfortable on site.
This is a hands-on delivery role, You'll own project outcomes from planning through to commissioning and handover, working alongside site teams, subcontractors and the client daily.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing end-to-end delivery of data centre projects - scope, program, budget and quality
Spending time on site: leading progress walks, coordinating trades and keeping delivery on program
Driving safety leadership and ensuring compliance with WHS requirements on live and construction sites
Managing subcontractors and suppliers, including procurement, scope packages and variations
Reporting on cost, program and risk to internal stakeholders and the client
Coordinating with design,



engineering and commissioning teams through to practical completion and handover
Profile
Demonstrated site exposure on construction or mission-critical projects
Solid commercial acumen: budgets, forecasting, contract and variation management
Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
White Card and full Australian working rights
Excellent stakeholder management - able to hold your own with client, site and design teams
