Job Description

Manage all project activities and risks to ensure achievement of project objectives and milestones.
n
Lead the project team including engineers, technicians and project support staff to create revenue through managing and coordinating projects to TCQ.
n
Conduct regular project performance reviews to ensure the project is on track.
n
Collaborate with Sales, Service and other functions to generate value for our customers.
n
Develop and continually improve stakeholder relationships including internal and external customers and suppliers.
n
Drive results by showing initiative and achieving results reliably, with broad perspective, pragmatism and persistence.
n
Develop costings, proposals and plans for Contract Change Proposals (CCPs).
n
Provide project management inputs including formulating delivery strategies for bids and tenders.
n
Collaboratively work with our customers to truly deliver value in support of their key objectives and organizational needs.
n
Promote continuous improvement in project delivery.
