TSA is looking for an experienced Utilities Supervisor to take ownership of our rural pole-to-pit and reinstatement operations across Melbourne.
This is a hands‐on leadership role where you will coordinate field crews, subcontractors and administration employees while keeping works secure, productive and on schedule.

What you'll be doing
Coordinating pole-to-pit, excavation, trenching and reinstatement works
Leading field crews, subcontractors and administration employees
Planning labour, plant, equipment and daily resources
Monitoring productivity, invoicing, costs and project performance




Conducting pre-starts, toolbox talks and site inspections
Liaising with clients, utility providers and internal teams
Ensuring works meet safety, quality and environmental requirements
Resolving issues quickly and keeping projects moving
Building a capable, accountable and positive team
What you'll bring
Experience in civil construction or utilities
Experience leading crews and subcontractors
Knowledge of pole-to-pit, underground services and reinstatement works
Experience overseeing administration, invoicing or project costs
Strong planning, communication and problem-solving skills
A practical and hands‐on leadership style
Certificate III or IV in Civil Construction or Management, or equivalent experience
