The role of Primary Learning Enrichment Coordinator is to coordinate the Primary College's Learning Enrichment program, ensuring an effective, safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for all students including gifted and talented, special needs and those with different learning abilities, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students, and students with English as an additional language or dialect (EALD).

What we are looking for?
To be successful in this role, you will have a current Queensland Teachers Registration.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced and committed educator with a heart for Christian service, proven leadership skills, and a deep understanding of inclusive education and NCCD compliance.
You will also have:
Demonstrated relevant experience in learning enrichment and an ongoing commitment to professional development.
Demonstrated excellent, current classroom teaching techniques and practices that meet diverse needs and learning styles of students and are consistent with relevant curriculum and policies.
Leadership and management skills to effectively implement the Learning Enrichment Program in collaboration with Team and aligned with the vision expressed by the Head of Learning Enrichment.
A willingness to support our Christian mission - as a preference, our ideal candidates will be able to provide a Pastoral Reference.
