This is an exciting role within our company as a Quality Assurance Manager. The position is part time: 2-3 days a week. Days and hours are versatile.
Key responsibilities
Drive GMP improvement and overall QA improvement
Train and advise staff in maintaining quality standards and systems
Develop and maintain product specifications including calculating nutritional information
Have experience and be up to date with all food labelling requirements (PEAL) and nutritional information
Have experience with third party audits
About you
Possess relevant food industry qualifications and experience
Have thorough knowledge of HACCP and be experienced in HACCP procedures
Have sound analytical and problem solving skills
Be 'hands-on' and be able to work well with minimum supervision in a multi-task environment
Be able to relate to staff and customers on all levels
