Comprehensive 2.5-week induction covering clinical standards and business management
Full business and administrative support, including payroll, marketing, IT, accounts payable, and supply chain

Remuneration & Benefits
Guaranteed salary $120,000 + super
Monthly profit share once the business is profitable
Long-term share value in the business you build
5 weeks annual leave + birthday leave
Two free pairs of glasses per year
About You
Hold (or be eligible to hold) a Qualified Practitioner number and full membership with Audiology Australia or ACAud
Have 2+ years' post-QP clinical experience
Demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
Be motivated to help shape the future of hearing care through clinical excellence and transparency
