We're looking for an organised and detail-focused
Accounts Coordinator
to take ownership of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Cash Office operations while supporting budgeting, reporting and financial controls across the business. This role has the potential to be Part Time or Full Time for the right candidate.
What you'll be doing
Managing supplier invoices and creditor accounts
Processing customer invoicing and monitoring debtor balances
Following up outstanding accounts and resolving account enquiries
Reconciling daily cash takings, banking and EFTPOS settlements
Completing bank, cash and revenue reconciliations
Supporting month-end reporting and audit preparation
Assisting leaders with budget tracking and expenditure reporting
Maintaining financial accuracy, compliance and internal controls
Identifying opportunities to improve finance systems and processes
What you'll bring




Experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Experience with accounting software (Xero highly regarded)
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Certificate IV in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Finance or equivalent experience
