Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' experience in painting and decorating
Must have own transport
Strong ability to communicate and deal professionally with customers
Leadership and team management skills
High attention to detail and quality workmanship
Reliable, punctual, and professional
White Card and driver's licence preferred
Role Responsibilities:
Interior and exterior painting
Surface preparation and finishing
Supervising and supporting team members
Communicating with customers on-site
Ensuring projects are completed safely and on time
Maintaining high-quality standards
