We are looking for a confident, motivated and relationship focused Business Development Manager to help grow our expanding Rentals team. We work hard, support one another and make sure great results are recognised and celebrated.
What You'll Be Doing
Building relationships with new and existing Rental Providers
Generating and following up new business opportunities
Conducting rental appraisals
Converting leads into new managements
Prospecting through calls, networking and local area activity
Developing strong relationships with sales agents and referral partners
Maintaining regular communication with prospective clients
Supporting a smooth onboarding and handover of new properties
Keeping accurate records of leads, appraisals and conversions
Representing the business professionally within the local community
Working closely with our Property Management and Leasing teams
What We're Looking For
Someone who is:
Confident, motivated and results driven




A natural relationship builder and strong communicator
Proactive and comfortable generating new opportunities
Organised and consistent with follow ups
Able to work independently while still being a team player
Positive, reliable and ready to get involved
Experienced in real estate, property management, sales or business development
Familiar with the Victorian rental market and Residential Tenancies legislation
Committed to delivering an excellent experience for Rental Providers
