Description

Interpret and identify spare parts using technical manuals and parts catalogues
n
Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
n
Prepare quotations and process customer orders
n
Provide technical product support and after-sales assistance
n
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
n
Coordinate with warehouse and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of parts
n
Support inventory and stock-related activities where required
n




Assist customers in identifying the correct components for their application
n
Maintain accurate records within internal systems
n

Profile
n
To be successful in this position, you will demonstrate:
n
n
Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter or Parts Advisor
n
Solid customer service and relationship management skills
n
Mechanical aptitude and an interest in technical products
n
Experience working with technical manuals, parts diagrams or catalogues
n
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
n
A proactive and team-oriented approach
n
The ability to learn new products and industries quickly
n
