The Role
We are seeking a Data Entry/Customer Service officer on a permanent basis to join the Victorian team, based in Altona.
Provide quality on-time support to our Operations teams including our vast customer base!
Data entry and manual processing of documentation
Con note creation and adjustment
Label creation when required
Customer Service interaction via phone and email
What we need from you:
At least 2 years' experience in a customer service role within the logistics, freight, or delivery services industries, desired but not essential
Excellent planning and communication skills




Ability to organise workload in a busy environment while coordinating multiple timelines and priorities consistently
Excellent focus and attitude towards customer service
Strong work ethic and poses a "Can do" attitude
