About the role
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will provide patient-focused, holistic nursing care to support positive clinical outcomes. Working under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you will contribute to the delivery and evaluation of individualised patient care within a collaborative multidisciplinary team.
About Baxter 7
Baxter 7 is a 32 bed General Medical unit encompassing general medicine, endocrinology and infectious diseases. The staff are highly-skilled, professional, friendly and dedicated, taking pride in providing high-quality, safe healthcare. University Hospital Geelong is located in the heart of central Geelong, minutes from the picturesque waterfront and a short drive to the Bellarine and Surf Coast.
In this role, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based, patient-centred care while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. You will play a key role in supporting positive patient outcomes through effective communication, clinical assessment, and care planning.
Key responsibilities
Deliver safe, high-quality and consumer-centred nursing care in line with best practice standards
Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses and other health professionals to support patient care
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation and contribute to quality and safety initiatives
What we're looking for
Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA
Minimum 12 months experience as an EN,



experience within an acute setting highly desirable
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary workplace
A motivated and compassionate approach, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
