THE ROLE – SENIOR ANALYST / ACCOUNTANT
Working directly with the firm's managers and senior team, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day progression of a range of restructuring and insolvency engagements, including Small Business Restructures, Voluntary Administrations and Liquidations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Extracting, reviewing and analysing financial information
Conducting investigations into transactions and potential recoveries
Assisting with the securing and realisation of assets
Preparing reports to creditors and other stakeholders
Liaising with creditors, directors, advisers and other stakeholders
Maintaining insolvency software, file records and statutory checklists
Ensuring matters are progressed in accordance with relevant statutory, professional and ethical requirements
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
3+ years' experience in restructuring and insolvency or a similar role
Strong commercial judgement and problem-solving skills
A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of your work
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
A Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance or a related discipline
ARITA qualification, or working towards qualification
CA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification, or working towards qualification
