We're looking for our next Venue Manager to take ownership of our Fountain Gate venue and drive the next phase of performance.

What You'll Own
n

Lead, coach and develop a team of up to 30, building capability and accountability
n
Take full control of the floor, driving pace, energy and strong operational execution
n
Deliver commercial outcomes, optimise sales, manage labour and COGs with full accountability over your P&L.;
n
Set the standard on great guest experience
n
Build a venue culture that people want to be part of, both team and guests
n

Proven operator with 2-3 years leading high-volume venues
n
Decisive under pressure, you don't hesitate, you execute
n
Commercially sharp, you understand how to drive performance, not just manage it
n
Deeply invested in guest experience, product quality and team engagement
n
You bring energy, but more importantly, you bring leadership
