We are currently seeking a suitably experienced Ramp Agent to join our FBO team based at Brisbane Airport.
n
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a close-knit team where no two days are the same. You will play an significant role in the safety and service to our airline and its customers.

About the Role
n
As a Ramp Agent, your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Ensuring safe and efficient handling of aircraft in an array of activities such as: baggage handling, aircraft towing, aircraft cleaning, receipt and dispatch of charter and scheduled flights, along with other tasks associated with the operation.
n
Strong communication ability coupled with a measured approach to problem solving when handling disruptions and discrepancies.
n
Maintaining accurate communications between all parties participating in the airline's operation.
n
Representing the company image through uniform presentation, grooming excellence and customer service delivery.
n
Working efficiently in a team environment, as well as independently at times.
n




Ensuring aviation safety and security compliance relating to passengers and staff.
n

About You
n
The successful applicant will demonstrate:

Previous airline or customer service experience (airline experience highly regarded).
n
Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service.
n
A polished and professional presentation, maintaining a high standard of grooming at all times.
n
A strong commitment to safety and a positive safety culture.
n
The ability to work effectively within a small team while also being confident working independently.
n
A flexible attitude with the ability to adapt to changing operational priorities and disruptions.
n
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail when managing operational and regulatory documentation.
n
A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to assist wherever required.
