Key 2 Learning College is seeking a Full-Time Fieldwork Placement Coordinator to coordinate fieldwork placements for CHC*****/CHC*****- Diploma of Community Services (Case Management) students for 400 hours of field placement under Community Work Australia accreditation.

Essential Experience:
n
At least three years of "Broad Industry Experience", with varying relevant practical experience in case management at the required skill level in the community services industry, with post-Diploma level qualifications
n




Essential Qualifications:
n
Diploma or higher qualification in Community Services, Social Work, Youth Work, Mental Health, Community Development, or related area.
n
Desired Qualifications:
n
Certificate IV Training & Assessment - TAE***** or equivalent as allowed for by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA).
n
*A scholarship opportunity may be available to complete TAE***** - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment during employment with Key 2 Learning.
n
Key Accountabilities and Expected Outcomes:
n
n
Coordinate 400 hours of Fieldwork Placements forCHC*****/CHC***** – Diploma of Community Services (Case Management) for enrolled students to meet course schedule requirements with organisations in the ACT and surrounding areas
n
Oversee Fieldwork Placement preparation and delivery to meet compliance, accreditation and continuous improvement standards
n
Maintain and expand industry partner relationships and resolve operational and student difficulties
n
Provide pre-Fieldwork Placement briefing sessions to students and ensure all students have the necessary clearances, vaccinations, etc
n
Provide pre-Fieldwork Placement briefing sessions to Partner Agencies and oversee qualifications/operational requirements
n
Conduct Liaison sessions (face to face and online) as required, and troubleshoot issues or difficulties as these arise to prevent Placement breakdown
n
Maintain records/reports and contribute to the review and ongoing improvement of Fieldwork Placement materials
n
Monitor and support students throughout Placement to maximise learning experience, and liaise with internal Student Support functions where necessary
n
Other general duties as requested.
