We're seeking an experienced Property Management leader to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of our department.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys leading people, developing high-performing teams and creating a positive culture where people can thrive. As Department Manager, you'll be responsible for leading our Property Management team, driving operational excellence and ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional service to our clients and customers.

What you will bring

Experience in Property Management, with demonstrated leadership experience or the desire to take the next step in your career.

Solid communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to inspire and support a team.

A calm, considered approach with excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

High emotional intelligence and the ability to lead with empathy, clarity and fairness.
n
A current Estate Agent's licence or Agent's Representative Certificate.

A current Victorian driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
