What You'll Do
As a Porter, you'll play a key role in helping launch Australia's first Kimpton Hotel and create exceptional guest experiences from the moment guests arrive.
You will:
Be the welcoming face and ambassador of the hotel
Deliver warm, personalised, and memorable guest experiences
Assist guests with luggage, directions,



transportation, and local recommendations
Build genuine relationships that inspire guests to return time and time again
Work closely with the Front Office team to ensure seamless arrivals and departures
Contribute to a positive, energetic, and supportive team culture
Take pride in every detail while creating unforgettable first impressions
