We're on the hunt for an Inside Sales Representative/ Trade Counter and Customer Service Champion to join our energetic Sydney West team at Pool Systems, part of POOLCORP – the world's largest pool and spa product distributor.

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Servicing both metro and regional customers via phone and email with product information, promotional offers and manage customer relationships.
n
Providing a sales support function for customers and field sales team.
n
Provide quality trade counter face to face customer service.
n




Manage a list of local customers to drive sales.
n
Offering innovative solutions to our customer's needs
n
Develop a full understanding of our product range through team training.
n
Ability to be adaptable to workplace daily requirements.
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Providing great customer experience.
n
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
n
Customer first focused with a friendly phone manner.
n
Attention to detail paired with effective time management.
n
Reliable, hardworking and solution focused.
n
Ability to help the warehouse and lift stock as required.
n
Confidence in using different types of software platforms and systems, in particular MS Excel and Outlook
n
Experience from within the Pool industry preferrable but not essential
