Join the Harwood Grains and Stockfeeds' team as a full-time Warehouse and Retail Operator. Based in Ballarat, VIC, this role is integral to the efficient operation of our manufacturing, warehousing and retail facility. You will be responsible for a range of duties, from managing inventory and processing orders to providing excellent customer service in our retail outlet.
What you'll be doing
Fulfilling customer orders by picking, packing and dispatching goods from our warehouse
Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels
Receiving and unloading incoming deliveries
Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service in our retail store
Assisting with general warehouse and retail duties as required
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or retail environment
Robust organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills




Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Forklift licence and experience (desirable)
