Capital Glass and Aluminium is seeking a reliable and motivated Sales & client Support Officer to join our close-knit team. You will act as the first point of contact for customers and provide essential administrative support to our growing business in the Far North Queensland region.
Key responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for customers—greeting visitors to our showroom, answering incoming calls, and responding to email enquiries.
Handle day-to-day office administration including client bookings, quote/install scheduling, and general correspondence.
Maintain effective communication with customers, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
Accurately enter recent customers and suppliers into our proprietary quoting software.
Use internal systems to manage job orders, monitor progress,



and generate management reports.
Provide administrative support to company directors as needed.
About you
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Xero and general office software.
Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role (preferred).
A positive attitude and the ability to work independently and within a team.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
