The Role
You'll take ownership of a portfolio of approximately
40 clients across the construction and trades industry
, becoming their go-to person at Digital Horizon.
A big part of the role is building great relationships. You'll get to know our clients, their businesses, their projects and what they're trying to achieve, then work with our team to turn that into excellent marketing.
You'll help shape content strategies, come up with ideas, plan shoots, review content and make sure we're constantly finding better ways to showcase our clients and their work.
You'll also manage and coordinate the creative team servicing your clients, including videographers, editors and social media managers,



making sure everyone is aligned and producing great work.
You'll spend plenty of time talking with business owners, visiting projects, seeing what our clients are building and helping bring their businesses to life through content.
You don't need to be a videographer, designer or copywriter yourself.
But you do need to know what
good marketing looks like.
What You'll Be Doing
Client Relationships & Success
Manage relationships across approximately 40 active clients
Build genuine relationships with business owners and key stakeholders
Understand each client's business, projects, goals and growth plans
Regularly speak with clients about strategy, ideas and upcoming opportunities
Keep clients engaged, happy and excited about their marketing
Identify issues early and take ownership of solving them
Continually look for ways we can deliver more value
Marketing & Content
Help shape social media and content strategies for your clients
Bring new content, campaign and marketing ideas to the table
Review content calendars, videos, graphics and captions
Make sure everything we produce actually represents the client's brand and business goals
Brief videographers and content teams on what we should be capturing
Spot opportunities around projects, milestones, recruitment, company culture and industry news
Have the confidence to say when something could be better and help improve it
Team Management
Coordinate the videographers, editors and social media managers working across your clients
Keep the team aligned on client goals, priorities and expectations
Provide clear feedback and creative direction
Keep everyone accountable to deadlines and quality standards
Identify issues or bottlenecks before they impact the client
Project & Delivery Coordination
Stay across shoots, content calendars, campaigns and client deliverables
Plan ahead for upcoming projects and content opportunities
Make sure the right content is being captured at the right time
Keep work moving efficiently between the client and our team
Ensure nothing gets missed and quality remains high across the portfolio




Client Retention & Growth
Monitor client satisfaction and engagement
Spot retention risks early and address them
Bring proactive ideas and opportunities to clients
Gather feedback and make sure it's actioned
Identify opportunities to expand what we're doing for clients
Build relationships that clients want to maintain long term
Who We're Looking For
You'll probably love this role if you're someone who:
Loves marketing, social media and content
Loves dealing with people and building relationships
Has a strong eye for what makes good content
Is highly organised and naturally stays ahead of things
Can confidently communicate with business owners
Enjoys leading people and getting the best out of a team
Can manage a lot of moving parts without letting things slip
Brings ideas rather than waiting to be told what to do
Takes genuine ownership of their work
Wants to work in a fast-moving business where there's plenty of room to grow
Experience in
account management, client success, marketing, social media, content or a creative agency
will be highly regarded.
Experience or knowledge of the
construction and trades industry
would be a huge advantage, but isn't essential. If you understand marketing and you're keen to learn the industry, we'll teach you the rest.
