About the role
Exciting opportunity for a Chiropractic Assistant (Receptionist) to join the team at Total Lifestyle Chiropractic. We have 3 practices, Highett, Cranbourne & Frankston. This is a casual role, approximately 20 hours per week, with flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle. You will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to the clinic.
What you'll be doing
Greeting patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's booking system
Answering and directing incoming phone calls
Maintaining patient records and completing other administrative duties
Assisting the chiropractic team with various tasks as required
Ensuring the reception area and other rooms are clean, organised and well presented
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, ideally within the healthcare industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent patient care
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office
A friendly, professional and reliable approach to teamwork
An interest in health and wellness
Availability for shifts between approximately 7:45 am–12:00 pm and 2:30 pm–7:00 pm
Availability to cover other team members' leave, sometimes at short notice
