Our client who operates as a Smallgoods Manufacturer in Broadmeadows, are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Worker to join their team in the Packing and Slicing Room.
This is an ongoing position working Monday to Thursday, 6:00am – 3:30pm, offering a great 4-day working week on a casual basis.
About the role:
Operating and feeding a meat slicer for ham and bacon.
Trimming meat products using a knife.
Packing cooked sausages and hams into vacuum bags.
Palletising finished products into cartons.
Stacking and general production duties as required.
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area.
About you:
Previous experience in the meat or smallgoods industry is highly desirable.
Experience with meat slicing and knife work would be an advantage.




Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive manual work.
Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
Robust attention to food safety and workplace safety.
Willing to undertake a range of production and packing duties.
