Lead the design of energy storage solutions across grid-side, generation-side (renewable + storage), and standalone/shared energy storage power stations
n
Develop integrated system solutions covering PCS, EMS, BMS, and substation systems
n
Analyze grid dispatch requirements and technical challenges in renewable grid integration
n
Take the lead in large-scale energy storage project tenders
n
Prepare technical proposals, including equipment selection, system topology design, and technical deviation analysis
n
Ensure compliance, competitiveness, and technical excellence of proposals
n
n
3. Customized Project Development
n
n
Evaluate system integration solutions for utility-scale storage projects
n
Conduct electrical calculations and simulation analysis for various applications (frequency regulation, peak shaving, black start, etc.)
n
Support sales teams in cost estimation and pricing strategy at project level
n
n
4. Full Lifecycle Technical Management
n
n
Support project execution from design through construction and delivery
n
Resolve technical issues related to electrical interfaces, communication protocols, and grid integration
n
n
5. Policy & Market Insights
n
n
Track regional energy storage policies (capacity compensation, spot market rules, grid connection requirements, etc.)
n
Analyze market dynamics and regional characteristics
n
Contribute to white papers and technical roadmap reports for grid-side energy storage
n
n

Project Development Enablement
n
n
Develop technical documentation such as:
n
Delivery & acceptance SOPs
n
Deliver technical training to sales and project teams to accelerate commercialization
n
n
7. Competitive Analysis
n
n
Benchmark leading competitors (e.g., Sungrow, HyperStrong)
n
Conduct SWOT analysis and provide strategic insights
n
Support product evolution in areas such as high-voltage cascade systems and liquid cooling technologies
n
n
Qualifications
n
n
Bachelor's degree or above in Power Systems, Electrical Engineering, High Voltage Engineering, or related fields
n
Minimum 3+ years of experience in the energy storage industry
n
Proven experience supporting utility-scale (100MWh+) energy storage projects is preferred
n
n
Technical Expertise
n
n
Strong knowledge of primary and secondary electrical design for energy storage systems
n
Familiarity with protection systems, grid compliance testing, and
SCADA/communication
protocols
n
Experience with power system analysis; proficiency in simulation tools such as PSCAD or ETAP is a plus
n
n
Soft Skills
n
n
Solid cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
n
Ability to represent the company in technical reviews with grid operators, EPCs, and clients
n
n
Documentation Skills
n
n
Excellent technical writing skills with the ability to produce structured, high-quality proposals and reports
