About the Role:
n
As an NDIS Support Worker, you'll play acrucial role in helping individuals achieve their goals, maintaintheir wellbeing, and navigate the impacts of mental ill-healthwhile participating fully in their communities. Many of the peoplewe support experience fluctuating mental health, emotionaldistress, or reduced capacity at times, and require
patient,consistent,
and strengths-based support. Whether it's assistingwith daily living tasks or fostering opportunities for social andeconomic engagement, such as exploring & keeping a job, you'll bemaking a tangible impact every day.

What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting participants with daily living activities inline with their NDIS plans.
n




Encouraging community participation and helping individualsbuild confidence in social and workplace settings.
n
Providing person-centred care that respects individualchoices and aspirations, using recovery-oriented andtrauma-informed approaches.
n
Collaborating with families, carers, and otherprofessionals to deliver holistic support, including mentalhealth and psychosocial supports.
n
Upholding confidentiality, diversity awareness, and highprofessional standards, including appropriate boundaries andduty of care in complex situations.

What We're Looking For:
n
We're looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate person whogenuinely cares about making a difference. You'll thrive in thisrole if you:
n
n
Have a Cert III in Community Services, DisabilitySupport, Peer Work, experience working in MentalHealth or a related field (or
equivalentexperience).
n
Hold a current SA driver's licence.
n
Have a DHS Working with Children Check and an NDISWorker Screening Check.
n
Have experience providing community support, one-on-oneclient care, and working with individuals facing complexchallenges.
n
Possess strong communication skills and the ability tobuild meaningful relationships.
n




Understand the NDIS framework and have knowledge ofdisability and mental health-related issues.
