Strategic Leadership and Resource Management - Demonstrated ability to lead business operations and effectively manage human, financial, physical and technological resources to achieve organisational objectives and operational outcomes.

Financial and Business Management Expertise - Experience in financial planning, budget development, resource allocation, contract management and business performance monitoring, with the ability to apply contemporary business management practices to improve organisational effectiveness.

Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management - Proven ability to establish and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, provide high-level advice, and represent the organisation professionally in a range of forums and partnership arrangements.
