ITI is looking for a Junior Payroll & People Officer to join our team at St Marys.
This is a genuine development opportunity where you'll work closely with our Group Payroll Officer and HR Manager, learning how payroll and HR operate across a multi-entity business with operations across Australia and New Zealand.
You don't need to know everything on day one. We're looking for someone who is keen to learn, asks questions, pays attention to detail and wants to build a career.

What you'll be doing
This is a wide-ranging role with exposure to both Payroll and HR, including:
Supporting the end‐to‐end payroll function across Australia, New Zealand and associated entities
Assisting with employee changes, payroll queries, reconciliations and reporting
Maintaining employee information and supporting our ELMO HR system
Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, training and general HR administration
Supporting workers compensation, compliance and HR projects
Learning our systems and helping improve the way we do things

Who are we looking for?
You might be a recent graduate, someone with some payroll, accounts or HR experience, or an administration professional looking to take the next step.

A positive communicator who isn't afraid to ask questions
