Working as a Qualified Maintenance Fitter in a self managed hands on role for a growing Australian owned company.
Very diverse role attending breakdowns across our different production lines, general maintenance, troubleshooting, problem-solving and commissioning of recent manufacturing machinery.
About you
Qualified Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade
Must hold a Mechanical Fitter trade qualification
Manufacturing maintenance experience in liquid bottling manufacturing including automated lines.
Minimum 3-5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience required
An experienced ability to analyse/fault find, troubleshoot, rectify problems across multiple and varied production lines.
Good Knowledge of Pneumatics and Hydraulics.
Experience in repair and maintenance of plastic blow moulding machinery would be awesome but not essential.
Fabrication - TIG and Stick Welding
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently,



working with two production supervisors and reporting directly to the Production Manager if need be.
Have great respect and understanding for OHS ensuring the proper care of all of our family of employees.
Post-trade qualifications and a 'D' class electrical licence etc - would be highly regarded but not essential.
