Shadowfax Winery & Restaurant, located in the prestigious Werribee Park precinct, is seeking experienced hospitality enthusiasts to join its busy Front of House team as a casual section waiter.
It's a fast-paced venue that offers lunch Wednesday to Sunday and dinner on Friday nights, with functions and events throughout the year.

Qualifications & Experience
A minimum oftwo years' experienceworking in an a la carte restaurant workplace as a section waiter, providing full table and wine service
Experience using Seven Rooms and Order Mate is advantageous




A keen interest in Mediterranean food and knowledge of basic wine varietals
A passion to provide outstanding service and a memorable customer experience by demonstrating a professional approach and displaying initiative and genuine hospitality
A valid Victorian RSA
